DESCRIPTION
The assembly described in this manual has been
designed for providing an external RJ45 connection to
the EV3000/3001 internal PCB170 interface board.
This assembly provides a quick and simple panel-
mounted RJ45 interface and RJ45 extension harness
for connecting to existing or new controllers. The
assembly includes one RJ45 Panel-Mount Interface
Fitting, Fitting Cap, RJ45 extension cable (2 ft. length),
and anti-corrosion/moisture barrier paste.
When the kit is received, check for shipping damage.

Installation
(1) Disconnect all AC electrical power from the EV
controller.
(2) Determine the appropriate installation location for
the Panel-Mount RJ45 receptacle. Ensure proper
clearances from labels, wires, and cables. Ensure
that terminal blocks will remain accessible and
removable after the RJ45 assembly is installed.
