Lay cabinet face down on a clean, flat surface and be
sure sticker on cabinet frame is in the top position to
ensure proper orientation (ON HAND

logo is in the

top left corner of the inside of cabinet).

Position door on top of cabinet. Note: Cabinet is
typically located on the inside of the door, but can be
located on either side, as desired.

Position inner frame in cut-out and onto the back of
the cabinet. Place screws and tighten with 10 to 12
inch-pounds torque to hold cabinet and inner frame
firmly in place. Do not over tighten.

Install activity panel by aligning clips over slots in inner
frame. Push activity panel to snap clips into slots.
Make sure all clips are fully snapped.

Package for shipping: Secure accessory carton to
inside of cabinet and package appropriately to protect
door and ON HAND system during shipping and
handling. Be sure to protect both the cabinet and
activity panel.

INSTALLING IN A DOOR

If screws are over-tightened, shelves may not fit properly
in cabinet. Loosen screws slightly, if necessary.

NOTE

DOOR INSTALLATION TIPS

Pre-hung doors
Install jamb with long screws in each hinge to ensure jamb
is secured to studs.
Door slab only
Hinges should be mortised into the door and jamb. Use only
hinges and mounting screws that accomodate the added
69 pounds of a fully loaded ON HAND system. Consult with
hinge supplier specifications.

The cabinet back is a separate piece and should be
oriented white side down in the back of the cabinet.
