Step 4:

Lift the cover and pull down the cover a bit to make it possible to fully remove it.

More strength is required to separate the cover from the chassis.

Step 5:

Remove the retention screws indicated by the arrows and circles in Figure 3-3

from the aluminum cover.

Lift off the cover.
