Answering system settings
Message alert tone
When the message alert tone is set to
On, and there is at least one new
message, the telephone base beeps every 10 seconds. Unless you change it,
the message alert tone is set to off.
There is no audible alert at the handset.
To change the setting:
Using a cordless handset:
1. When the handset is in idle mode, press
MENU/
�ELECT
to enter
the main menu.

/�ELECT to save the setting. You hear a confirmation tone.
