7. Vehicle fit
Adjust the legs to fit the truck bed side rails by sliding the legs with ‘T’ brackets. Center the legs to the load bar. Adjust as needed.
Mark the hole positions for both legs (3 holes per leg bracket – 2 on top and 1 on the inside) and drill 3/8” holes in all locations. Using (6)
3/8”-16 x 1-1/4” hex bolts, (6) 3/8” split lock washers and (6) 3/8”-16 nuts, secure the headknocker rack to the truck.
Continue around the rack and tighten all remaining nuts and bolts securely. Tighten until lock washers are flat but DO NOT
OVERTIGHTEN!
