Error HOUR: Indicates at what o'clock error occurred.
Error MIN: Indicates at what minutes error occurred.
Error TARGET: No. of CH where error occurred.
CH No. minus 1 is stored.
0 at error No. 1, 2, 3 or 10.
No. of optical system where error occurred minus 1 if error No. is 1 in
case of 7600.
