remove the AC power
cord from the power
source.

• Refer to upper right-hand

corner of the control unit.
Remove the wiring and
controls. Replace R2 with
appropriate part, P/N P31
(115VAC), P/N R1212
(220VAC).

• Shut off all power and

remove the AC power
cord from the power
source.

• Refer to left-hand side,

bottom of the cell com-
partment.

• Using Allen wrench size

5/64 to remove Allen
screw from the bottom of
the humidifier column; pull
out the heater element,
and unsolder the wires.

• Replace with new heater

element (P/N R991 for
115VAC or P/N R1211 for
220VAC) Solder wires,
and replace heater
element.

d) Verify that the power switch

is ON.
Check condition of 2A fuse.

e) • Turn off the power.

Remove the power from
the power source, unplug
the temperature control
board. Remove the cell
compartment cover. Refer
to Interconnection dia-
gram.

• Connect voltmeter (set to

range 20k ohm) to
terminals 1 and 2 of
terminal strip TS4.
