select pH mode

appears in the upper right hand corner of the display

Rinse the probe thoroughly with de-ionized water or a rinse solution.
Do
not wipe the pr
obe; this causes a build-up
of electr

ge on the glass surface.

Dip the probe into the calibration buf
fer
.
The end of the pr
obe must be completely
immersed into the sample. Stir the pr
obe
gently to cr
eate a homogeneous sample.

Press CAL/MEAS
to enter pH calibration
mode. The CAL
indicator lights. The
primary display will show the measur
ed
reading while the smaller secondary dis- play will indicate the pH standar
d buf
fer
solution.

stabilize.

When calibration is complete, press CAL/MEAS to return to pH measurement mode
