The volumetric flow of the
tanked petrol is measured by
the piston meter, is converted
into a frequency-proportional
pulsed signal by the petrol pump
computer and is sent to the
frequency input of the controller
(Figure 3).
In the controller, this pulsed sig-
nal will be processed to obtain
the actual value of the volumetric
flow of the petrol.
