7.1.

Improper installation or assembly may result in injuries as well as

Unintentional activation of the equipment during installation work
may result in injuries and/or damage.
Take appropriate measures to prevent the equipment from

being unintentionally activated.
CAuTIoN!
danger when using volatile media!
If volatile media such as hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) or sodium
hypochlorite (NaCIO) are used, there is a serious risk of injury. The
media may evaporate causing a dangerous pressure increase in
the empty space between the ball and the housing.

7.2.
installation process
Depending on the material, install the plastic ball valve according to
the respective installation process.
adhesive joints (pVc-u, pVc-c)
7.2.1.
Procedure for valve and fitting adhesive joints:
Chamfer the pipe ends by approx. 15°.

Remove all traces of dirt and grease from the entire length of the
→
adhesive joint. Use a clean, absorbent paper towel or a paint brush
which is wetted with cleaning agent.
Repeat the same process on the inside of the socket. Leave the
→
surfaces to dry for several minutes before applying the adhesive.
