The port number will be represented as two ASCII characters (2 bytes)

= Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) offset value (-12.0 to +14.0)

= On/off status: 0 = off/disable; 1 = on/enable

= Unit version number

= Name is a text string up to 24 characters drawn from the alphabet (A-Z), digits (0-9), and

minus sign/hyphen (-). No blank or space characters are permitted as part of a name. No distinction
is made between upper and lower case. The first character must be an alpha character. The last
character must not be a minus sign/hyphen.

= Set local date and time format (MM/DD/YY-HH:MM:SS) for example, 06/18/10-10:54:00;
