4.4 Anwender Justierung
Die Justierung ist im frischen noch
nicht
gebrauchten
Frittieröl
durchzuführen und muss bei einer
Öltemperatur von 150°C bis 190°C
durchgeführt werden. Es wird abhängig
vom Öltyp eine Justierung auf die
typischen frisch Ölwerte des Öltyps
durchgeführt. Für die Öltypen „SEMIL“,
„LIQID“ und „SOLID“ sind folgende
frisch Ölwerte eingestellt:
- Semil 4% PC
- Liqid 2% PC
- Solid 8% PC
-> Diese Funktion kann durch einen
Supervisor gesperrt sein!
Vorbereitung
Vor der Justierung sollte mit dem Gerät
eine
Probemessung
durchgeführt
werden. Dadurch wird der Sensor
erwärmt um den Justiervorgang zu
beschleunigen.
Durchführung
1. FOM320 einschalten (ON / HOLD
drücken). Es erscheint „OIL“, das Gerät
ist messbereit.
2. Nachdem im Display „OIL“ erscheint,
die
»DOWN«-Taste
für
10
sec.
Gedrückt halten, dadurch erscheint im
Display „CAL“.
3. Sobald im Display „CAL“ erscheint,
beginnt der Justiervorgang, in dem der
Sensor des FOM320 ins heiße Frittieröl
getaucht
wird.
(Min
und
Max
Markierungen beachten).
4. Die Justierung ist beendet sobald ein
stabiles Messergebnis vorliegt und im
Display ein „OK“ angezeigt wird.

3.3 Short-Cut
The oil type can be changed using this
short cut.
Press the ENTER button and the On /
Hold button and hold for about 10 sec.
(Start with ENTER button).
The selection menu for the oil types
appears on the display. You can now
select an oil type using the UP and
DOWN buttons.
Press the ENTER button to confirm
your choice.
The text OK then appears in the display
followed by OIL, SEMIL.
The FOM 320 is now ready for use.
-> This mode is possibly locked by a
supervisor!
3.3 Short-Cut
Le short-cut vous permet de changer
de type d’huile.
Appuyez sur la touche ENTER et la
ouche
On/Hold
et
maintenez
la
pression durant environ 10 secondes.
(Commencez avec la touche ENTER).
Vous pouvez à présent sélectionner le
type d’huile avec les touches HAUT et
BAS.
Pour confirmer, appuyez sur la touché
ENTER.
OK apparaît alors sur l’affichage, puis
OIL, SEMIL.
Le FOM 320 est prêt à effectuer la
mesure.
-> Cet mode peut être bloqué par un
superviseur!
