Step 5. Blank off the return hose with the 29mm
Turbosmart plug supplied. Secure the plug with the
factory hose clamp.
(If you are installing a Type III Dual
Port or a Plumb Back, do not blank off the return hose, you will
be attaching this hose to the plumb-back fitting on the BOV.)
Step 6. Remove the whole vacuum/boost line by first
disconnecting the hose from the small diameter pipe.
Step 7. Finish removing the vacuum/boost line by
disconnecting it from the intake manifold to
expose the fitting. Step 8. Connect the 450mm silicon hose assembly as
shown in the diagram below:
Step 9. Install one end of the Silicon hose assembly
supplied onto the intake manifold fitting and secure with
the 6mm spring clamp supplied.
Step 10. Near the headlights on the left side of the
engine bay, re-route the hoses feeding back to the air
intake pipe. Disconnect the plastic reducer from the
return hose as shown below.
