IMPORTANT NOTES:

Please thoroughly read and understand these instructions before commencing this installation.
• The thread on the cap for the vacuum source is AN#3. The standard swivel nipple can be changed to a AN#3 fitting if desired.
• This flange kit suits Supersonic and Vee Port BOV’s
RECOMMENDATIONS

Turbosmart recommends that your Blow off valve (BOV) is fitted and adjusted by an appropriately qualified technician
• Turbosmart recommends that a boost gauge be permanently fitted to the vehicle

HOW TO INSTALL YOUR BOV
Please check that the following items have been provided in your XR6 BOV Adapter Kit

1) Remove the factory manifold by removing the 3 securing screws and 4 intercooler pipe hose clamps. Remove CAM cover
breather line and the vacuum line to the OEM bypass valve.
2) Remove the OEM bypass valve from the factory manifold and blank up the hoses with the supplied 25mm blanks and clamps.
Reinstall the manifold onto the engine leaving the bottom left pipe disconnected.
