IMPORTANT NOTES ON FITTING YOUR BOV 2.0L GT FORESTER ADAPTOR
Turbosmart recommends that your Blow Off Valve (BOV) and Adaptor kit is fitted by an appropriately qualified technician.
ADAPTOR KIT CONTENTS
Please check that the following items have been provided in your 2.0L GT Forester adaptor Kit.

1 2.0L GT Forester Adaptor Designed to specifically fit to the Forester’s intercooler
1 Flange Gasket For fitment between the intercooler and the Forester adaptor
1 29mm Blanking Plug To seal the factory return hose
1 450mm Length of 5mm Vacuum Hose Connects Blow-Off-Valve to the intake manifold fitting
1 6mm hose spring clamp Secures the 6mm end of the Silicon hose assembly to engine manifold fitting
1 5mm hose spring clamp Secures the 5mm end of the Silicon hose assembly to the Turbosmart BOV
Note: This Forester Adaptor readily accepts the following Turbosmart BOVs:

FITTING YOUR BOV GT FORESTER ADAPTOR
Note: Please thoroughly read and understand both these instructions and the fitting instructions supplied with your
BOV before commencing this installation.
Step 1. Locate the factory BOV.
Step 2. Using a 12mm socket or spanner, undo the
two nuts securing the factory BOV. Remove the hose
clamp securing the return hose and disconnect the
return hose from the factory BOV.
Step 3. Disconnect the two vacuum/boost lines
connected to the factory BOV. Step 4. Remove the factory BOV and old factory
gasket.
