4.5 Enquiry as range with low resolution
Low resolution = switch 2.2 = OFF
This telegram reads in a DCS value from VEGACOM 557. Depending on the position of the
switch 2.1, the DCS values are arranged differently. The assignment of the DCS numbers to
the VEGAMET addresses is stated in supplement A.
