17. On the right hand side of the ATV nearest the front rack and under where the plastic pod
was connected there is a rubber flap. You will need to remove this flap.
18. In the kit there is 1” hose provided for rerouting the coolant lines. Use some of the hose
provided and loosely connect the hose to the filler bottle and run it down to the top of the
thermostat housing where the 90° hose fitting was connected. Leave yourself a little
slack in the hose for routing it through the plastic pod later when you reinstall it back on
the ATV.
19. Now take the 90° hose and loosely attach it to the lower part of the radiator. Next insert
the 90° fitting that is provided in the kit to the hose.
