6. Place a ¼” flat washer on the 6x25mm bolt. Insert the bolt through the plate and radiator
then fasten it using another ¼” flat washer and 6mm lock nut.
7. Next, assemble the new radiator relocating kit. Assemble the frame using the ¼ x ¾
stainless steel Allen head bolts (6ea), stainless steel ¼” lock nuts (6ea), and ¼ flat
washers (6ea). Assemble the pieces together by inserting the ¼ x ¾” bolt through the
face plate then the legs. Please the ¼” flat washer on the bolt once it has been inserted,
on the back side of the face plate and legs, then secure it with a ¼” lock nut.
8. Once you have finished assembling the kit, connect the filler bottle to the top of the face
plate using the 6x20mm hex bolts and 6mm lock nuts.
