12. Starting with the front part of the rack, place a ¼” washer on a ¼ x 1” hex bolt. Then
place it under the rack and up through the quick connect hole. Next place another ¼”
washer and a ¼” nut (NON-Nylock) onto the bolt. Using a pair of pliers, hold the end of
the bolt and tighten the nut. Insert the bolts on both sides as these will act as studs to
hold the rack in place.
13. Place the relocation kit onto the studs and fasten it tight using a ¼” washer and ¼” lock
nut.
