Install Instructions
Removal
Remove; both seats, the front driveline cover, center console covers, clutch air intake, the bed, (make sure to unplug the
lights) the stock muffler and mounting bracket, and the stock exhaust pipes. Save the stock header flange nuts and
exhaust gaskets
Install
1. Install the supplied mid-pipe bracket under the driver side rear sway bar mount using the supplied 8x25mm
bolts (See Pic 1)
2. Re-using the stock exhaust gaskets, Install the front header to the front cylinder and loosely tighten the exhaust
port nuts.
3. Install the front header to the midpipe, install the pipes from the rear of the car. install the midpipe to the
midpipe bracket and loosely install the supplied 8mm nut.
3. Re-using the stock exhaust gaskets install the rear head pipe to the rear cylinder and loosely tighten the
exhaust ports nuts.
4. Loosely install the supplied silencer clamps to the silencer brackets.(see pic 2)
5. Install the supplied muffler brackets to the Teryx Frame as shown with the supplied washer, nut, and bolt and
tighten. (see pic 3)
6. Install the LTE mufflers to the exhaust pipes and then to the frame and supplied brackets as shown (see pic 3)
7. Install the supplied springs to the mufflers and exhaust pipes.
8. Starting with the exhaust port nuts and moving to the rear of the car tighten all hardware to factory
specifications.
Optional throttle body modification
From the factory the Teryx throttle body butterflies are restricted to not open fully. To allow the butterfly to open
fully first remove the stock air filter housing and intake plenum. With the throttle pedal fully depressed loosen the jam nut
on the shown adjuster (see pic 4) and turn the adjuster until the butterflies open fully. Tighten the jam nut and install all
components in reverse order of removal.
9. Re-install the bed, clutch air intake, center console covers, front driveline cover, and both seats.
FIRST RIDE: Before taking your Teryx for the first ride make sure NO WIRES ARE TOUCHING THE EXHAUST. Your first
ride with your Teryx after installing your new exhaust system should only be 15‐20 minutes. Then let your system cool
and re‐tighten all the bolts and clamps.
Silencer Packing:
We recommend checking you’re packing every 15 to 20 hours of riding. As your decibel level will
increase and without the packing will damage the internals of your silencers. No Warranty will be given for failure from
lack of maintaining.
