27. Using the remaining clamps fasten the hose to the fittings and radiator. This may be
tricky. Use the holes provided in the radiator face plate and legs to fasten the clamps.
28. Using the ¼” hose provided, run a new overflow line along the hose that runs from the
filler bottle down to the thermostat housing. Fasten the hose with the zip ties provided.
29. VERY IMPORTANT: Place the protective sleeve around the hoses to keep them from
rubbing on the rack or other hard surfaces. If the hose is left unprotected the vibration of
the hose against hard surfaces will cause a hole to form in the hose.
30. Use zip ties provided in the kit to secure all lines, hoses, and wires so that they do not
allow rubbing.
31. Reconnect all plastic fender covers.
32. Fill radiator according to factory specifications.
