The HRM target heart rate zone is set.
Limits “On” means that the Wristop Computer will audibly alert the user that a chosen upper or lower limit has been
exceeded. Limits “OFF” means that the Wristop Computer will not alert the user, but the limits will however be used to
calculate time spent in, above and below the target heart rate zone.
The outer circumference will graphically show the heart rate level reached by the user, in relation to the heart rate limit
set. The circumference will adjust to equal any limit settings starting from the 12 o’clock position going clockwise. E.g.
if the upper limit is set to 140 beats/minute and the lower limit to 130 beats/minute, one full circle on the outer circumference
will equal 10 beats/minute.
