Where to Get Help
Epson provides technical assistance 24 hours a day through the electronic support services and automated
telephone services listed below.
Parts inside your printer require
maintenance.
The printer cannot print because internal components need
adjusting. Turn the printer off for a few seconds then turn the power
back on. If the error message still appears, contact Epson as
described in “Where to Get Help” on page 81.
