Internal Auditron Login
The Document Centre is equipped with a standard
feature known as the Internal Auditron. This feature
controls access to the machine and tracks copy usage.
If the tracking feature is active you will see a screen
similar to the one above.
An administrator will assign you a User Number. Use
this number in the following procedure to login.
1. At the login screen enter your assigned User Number
using the keypad. Press Enter.
2. Press Login to a General Account or User Pathways.
If User Pathways is selected, copies will be charged
to your User Account.
If Login to General Accounts is selected enter the
General Account number. Copies will be charged
against the General Account number you enter.
3. Make copies as needed.
Remember:
Log out to prevent
unauthorized
access
Press the Access
Button on the User
Interface then press
the Logout button
on the Touch
Screen.
