Caller ID problems
Possible solutions
Caller ID displays briefly
and then clears.
xYou may have to change the line mode. Contact

Caller ID displays, but
I can't hear the CID

xMaking sure TTS (Text-To-Speech) is turned on.
xIncreasing the ringer volume so the CID
announcements are louder.
Multi-station problems

I can’t transfer calls.

Two handsets can’t talk to a caller. xSee if any station is in Privacy Mode.
