open the CID list ciD.
open the redial list ReDial/pause.
scroll through the lists
DOWn to scroll from newest to oldest.
up to scroll from oldest to newest.
dial the current number
talk/enD or speakeR on the handset.
Pick up the corded handset on the base.
add other digits or codes
at the front of CID number
to add 1 for a toll call.
# to add (or remove) the area code.
delete the current number select/menu, then select Delete Entry .
add the current number to
this station's phonebook.
select/menu, then select Store Into Pb . The phone
displays the Edit Name screen (see p. 14).
close the lists phOnebOOk.
Deleting All Numbers in the CID List on This Station
Withthephoneinstandby,opentheCIDlist.Press select/menu andselect
Delete All .Whenthephonepromptsyoutoconfirm,select Yes .
Using Call Waiting
IfyougetaCallWaitingcall,thephonecansoundatoneanddisplayanyCID
informationreceivedforthewaitingcall.Press flash (flash/exitonacordless
handset)toswitchbetweenyourcurrentcallandthewaitingcall;remember,
eachtimeyouswitch,thereisashortpausebeforeyou'reconnectedtothe
othercaller.
Using the Phonebook
Eachstationcanstoreupto70entriesinitsphonebook.
To... Press...
open/close the phonebook phOnebOOk.
scroll through the entries DOWn
to scroll through the entries from A to Z.
up to scroll from Z to A.
jump to entries that start
with a certain letter
the number key corresponding to the letter you want.
dial the current entry
talk/enD or speakeR on the handset.
Pick up the corded handset on the base.
edit the current entry select/menu, then select Edit .
copy the current entry to
another station.
select/menu, then select Copy . Select the station you
want to copy to.
delete the current entry select/menu, then select Delete . To confirm, select Yes .
