Performance Specification
The specification tables use the following abbreviations:
Performance Requirement (Req) .
All
performance requirements in the specification tables are
identified with
Req, and can be assured by completing
the Performance Check Procedure (1740A/
1750A/1760--Series Service Manual.) Allow a warm-up
time of 20 minutes.
Performance requirements in the electrical specifications
are valid over an ambient temperature range of +20
° C to
+30
° C. The Performance Requirement tolerances listed
in the Electrical Specification are doubled over the
temperature range of 0
° C to +50° C, unless otherwise
specified. Test equipment used to verify Performance
Requirements must be calibrated and working within the
limits specified in the Service Manual Equipment Re-
quired List.
Reference Information.
Information that ampli-
fies a performance requirement or is of special impor-
tance is indicated by
RI. There is no need to check these
items to a specific tolerance.
Reliability
Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF)
The demonstrated MTBF goal is 40637 hours MTBF at
25
° C ambient, which will be monitored from field
failure reports.
Mean Time to Repair (MTTR)
The projected MTTR is 1 hour.
