A1. Conference Calls
If a call is in progress, an HF conference member can
be added.
Place the call on hold by pressing “+.” (Put Call on
Hold). Press “7” (HF Radio), and proceed as though
for normal conference connection.
NOTE: When any conference member (i.e. Inplane,
GroundCell, SATCOM, Air-Ground) speaks, the voice
activated Push-to-Talk (PTT) will be activated and the
HF Radio will be keyed.
The Setup option on the main menu gives the user the
ability to vary some aspects of the system configuration. Some of these
require the entry of a Passcode to prevent unauthorized access.
Note that those functions which are denoted as System Functions per-
form the entire C-2000 system programming from any single standard
MagnaStar handset.
