Releasing the department code error
In the status column of “Fax/Internet FAX JOB” list, the job which is in “Invalid” status may appear.
In this case, release the invalid job as follows.
1. Enter user information required to use the equipment from the control panel.
2. Select the file with the invalid code, and press the [RELEASE] button on “Fax/Internet FAX JOB” list.
3. The “INVALID” job is sent as a job of the department which the user who performed user authentication
belongs to.
