Loosen the captive Phillips screw from the
bottom of the front lens decorative bezel.

Slide the bezel upward to remove it.
5.
Remove the foam shield around the front of the lens.
6.
Using the red-handled, 3-mm hex driver
provided with the projector, loosen the
three, captive Allen screws on the outer
ring of the lens assembly.
7.
Gently pull the lens assembly straight out,
just far enough to separate the motor
socket connector (on the lens) from the
lens mount flange (inside the projector).
Then, carefully rotate the lens assembly 90
degrees counter-clockwise (in order to
clear the Projector chassis with the Motor
Assembly) and remove it.
