Function:
This command is used to show the hardware configuration and enable to change it.
It is also used to configure, show, or change partitions.
In a duplicated iSP environment, the hardware configuration is automatically matched between
the duplicated iSPs.

This subcommand is always valid without
regard to the current system state.

If no argument is specified or has an error,

For the 8Way/ISPF model, the configurations
of external PCI Bay and Power Bay are also
shown.
