Additional Call Features
Override Feature
You can Override a busy signal and interrupt another call. Note: This feature is
called Executive Busy Override on the Meridian SL-100.
To override a busy/engaged signal:
1.
Dial
a telephone number and receive
a busy signal.
or
2. Press the
Override
Key, or enter the
Override FFC on the Meridian 1.
On the Meridian SL-100, press the
Executive Busy Override
Key, or enter
the Busy Override FAC.
The people on the call in progress
receive a tone for approximately one
second; the feature connects the three
of you together. A short tone repeats
every sixteen seconds.
To end the connection:
/
Press the
Goodbye
Key.
To disconnect the third party from the
called party on the Meridian SL-100:
Press the
Executive Busy Override
Key, or enter the Busy Override FAC
again.
