You want to leave the office even though calls are forwarded to your extension.
You can temporarily reroute the forwarded calls back to the called parties to avoid penalizing
callers.

Notification function
This function (also accessible when calling, refer to § Dialing a correspondent) makes it pos-
sible to send a short message to a correspondent provided that the correspondent is linked to a
digital interface.
Notify
Extension in idle mode,
1 - Press the Funct. interactive key and then the ( --> ) Notify
interactive key.
2 - Dial the number of the correspondent to notify and then
press the interactive Enter key.
The first of 6 pre-defined messages is displayed.
3 - Press the More interactive key if you want to choose anoth-
er pre-defined message.
. Depending on your choice you must
complete the message
shown or write a message of your own using the alphabetic
keyboard .
. Press the Erase interactive key if you make a mistake.
4 - Press the Enter interactive key to confirm that you want to
send your message.
Message sent confirmation is displayed.

in succession.
2 - Press the Absent interactive key.
You are informed that your extension can receive calls
other than your own.
