Memo recorder troubleshooting (Oniso Memo only)

Problem Cause Solution
The memo recorder does not
record your outgoing message.
You are not close enough to the
handset microphone.
Record a new outgoing message
closer to the microphone.
The memory is full. Erase messages to free sufficient
memory capacity.
The memo recorder does not
record the incoming calls.
You have not switched on the memo
recorder.

The message record switch is set to
off.
See “Switching message record
on or off” on page 18.
The memo recorder stopped
automatically.
The memo recorder memory is full. Erase messages to free sufficient
memory capacity.
The red indicator light on the
base station flashes quickly.
The memo recorder’s maximum
recording capacity has been
reached.
Erase messages to free sufficient
memory capacity.
A power failure has occurred. Reset the day and time setting of
the handset (see “Setting the day
and time” on page 13).
“ 12 287 0(6 ” is displayed. You have not recorded an outgoing
message.

The remote control does not
work.
You have not entered the right code. Try again or see “Calling into your
