Select the image compression rate.
The more E there are, the better the quality and the larger the file.
The image file size will also differ according to Recorded Pixels settings.

Press the MENU button in Capture mode.
The [A Rec. Mode] menu will be displayed.

Select [Quality Level] on the [A Rec. Mode] menu.

Press the four-way controller (45)
to change the quality level.

Press the OK button.
The camera is ready to take the picture.

C Best Lowest compression rate. Suited for printing photographs.
D Better
Standard compression rate. Suited for viewing images on
a personal computer screen.
E Good
Highest compression rate. Suited for attaching to e-mail or
for creating websites.
