QUICKOFFICE
Store your Microsoft ® Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ® documents on your phone. Edit
them right on the phone, then beam or send the new documents to another device, or
save them to the miniSD Card.
VIEW DOCUMENTS
From Applications menu:
1. Open Quickoffice.
2. Scroll to Quickword, Quicksheet, or Quickpoint documents tabs.
3. A list of documents in phone memory appears.
4. Press Options and select:
VIEW MICROSOFT ® WORD DOCUMENTS
Documents open in read-only full screen view. You must press Options and select
Edit mode to make edits to a document.
Scroll to move one line at a time or scroll to move one page at a time.
Go to shortcuts (percentage through the document): Press for 20%, for
30%, etc., to go to beginning.

Open Open highlighted file.
New Create a new document.
Browse Select the memory to browse. Open folders as needed to view
documents.
File
management > Sort files to sort by name, size, date or ext., or Scan location to
Scan default, Scan mail, or Scan all.
Refresh Refresh the list view.
Properties View details of highlighted file.
Send as Send file Via MMS, Via Email, Via Bluetooth, Via Infrared.
Delete Delete highlighted file.
