OPEN A SHORTCUT
From Applications menu:
1. Open Shortcuts.
2. Scroll to the desired shortcut; press Options and select
Open. Or, press to open.
ADD A SHORTCUT
1. Open the item within the menu item or open the document in
which you want to store in Shortcuts.
2. Press Options and select Add to shortcuts.
• Adding to Shortcuts is available only for certain menu items.
MANAGE SHORTCUTS
From Applications menu:
1. Open Shortcuts.
2. Scroll to the desired shortcut.
3. Press Options and select:
To change the wallpaper of the Shortcuts screen, see Change Wallpaper or
Screensaver on page 106.
Edit shortcut name Change the name of the shortcut.
Shortcut icon When this option appears, choose a different icon picture by
scrolling through grid.
Move A checkmark appears on the shortcut icon. Scroll or to
move to desired location, press OK.
List view/Grid view View the shortcuts in a list view or grid view.
Delete shortcut Remove shortcut from Shortcuts.
Note: The default shortcuts to Today in Calendar, Inbox in Messages, and Notes cannot be
deleted, nor can the icon be changed.
