Use this button to turn the PD520 on.
2. OFF
Use this button to turn the PD520 off.
3. BRIGHTNESS (+ / -)
Use these buttons to adjust the brightness.
4. Picture-In-Picture (PIP) Function Buttons
PIP
Press to change the PIP mode (picture-in-picture, picture-by-picture or off).
POSITION
Press to choose the PIP window position (top left, top right, bottom left or
bottom right corner).
SIZE
Press to choose from three PIP window sizes.
SWAP
Press to swap the main and PIP windows.
5. Memory Preset Buttons
VIVID
Press to recall settings for the current input from the “Vivid” memory preset.
CINEMA
Press to recall settings for the current input from the “Cinema” memory
preset.
STND
Press to recall settings for the current input from the “Standard” memory
preset.
CUST
Press to recall settings for the current input from the “Custom” memory
preset.
6. Aspect Ratio Selection Buttons
16:9
For 16:9 DVDs or HDTV program material.
4:3
Scales the input signal to fit 4:3 display mode in the center of the screen.
LETBOX (Letterbox)
Scales (zooms in on) a 4:3 image linearly (by the same amount on all sides)
to fill a 16:9 display. Letterbox is best suited for viewing LaserDisc movies or
non-anamorphic DVDs.
NATIVE
Displays source image in its native resolution, without re-sizing or overscan.
