Sponge mixture

4 eggs

9 oz (250 g) sugar

2 tsp. vanilla extract

9 oz (250 g) butter or margarine (room temperature)

max. 1 lb 2 oz (500 g) flour

1 packet of baking powder

4 fl oz (125 ml) milk

Stir the mixture until it is smooth.

Strawberry sorbet

250 g / 9 oz frozen strawberries

100 g / 3½ oz icing sugar

180 ml / 6.5 fl oz cream

S Put all ingredients into the bowl. Switch on immediately,

otherwise the mixture will go lumpy. Mix until a creamy sorbet

forms.

Amount: 2 to 6 egg whites

Amount: 200 g-400 g/7 fl oz-14 fl oz

LowĆcalorie milk shake

500 ml/18 fl oz longĆlife milk (3.5% fat)

3-4 heaped tbs. milk shake powder

Fruit or vanilla flavour

S Place the longĆlife milk in the freezer for 3-3.5 hours (do NOT

use glass bottles). Beat to a firm foam in the bowl. Then add

3-4 tbs. instant powder and mix briefly.
