You can set the camera to turn off automatically after a certain length of
inactivity.

Select [Auto Power Off] on the [

Set-up] menu.

Press the four-way controller (

) to select 3 min, 5
min, or OFF.

Press the OK button.
The camera is ready for capture or playback.
You can set the brightness for your LCD monitor.

Select [Brightness Level] on the [

Set-up] menu.

Press the four-way controller (

) to adjust the
brightness while you watch the LCD monitor.
Press the four-way controller ( 4 ) to darken the display, and the four-
way controller (

) to brighten it.

Press the OK button twice.
The camera is ready for capture or playback.
This resets all settings other than Date/Time, Language, Video Out,
Date Style, and World Time.
