OCKOUT
You can lock out memory channels that you prefer not
to monitor during All-Channel Memory Scan {page 63}.
1 Press [MR] to enter Memory Recall Mode.
2 Turn the Tuning control to select the memory
channel to be locked out.
3 Press [MENU].
4 Turn the Tuning control and select Menu No. 12
(L.OUT).
5 Press [MENU] and turn the Tuning control to select
“ON”.

6 Press [MENU] to store the setting.
7 Press any key other than [LAMP] and [MONI/SQL]
to exit the Menu Mode.
• A “ ” icon appears below the memory channel
number, indicating the channel is locked out.
8 To unlock the memory channel, repeat steps 1 ~ 7,
selecting “OFF” in step 5.
• The “ ” icon disappears.
Note:
◆ The Program Scan memories (L0/U0 ~ L2/U2), Priority Channel
(Pr) and Weather Radio frequency (AL) cannot be locked out.
◆ Even if a memory channel is locked out, you can perform Call Scan
{page 64} between the Call Channel and the memory channel.
