Video up-conversion function (KRF-V9300D and KRF-V8300D)
This function converts and outputs the analog video signal input to this unit to the HDMI or other video signal format according to the
connected monitor.
This unit is compatible with the following video signal formats.
¶ Digital video signal: HDMI
¶ Analog video signals: COMPONENT VIDEO, S-VIDEO, VIDEO
• To output the video signal from the HDMI monitor output, enable the video input in the HDMI setup. (See
Input"–> ‚.)
• When the video signal input from the VIDEO or S-VIDEO terminal is output at the COMPONENT VIDEO terminal, the video resolution becomes
576i (or 480i).
• The video signal from a VCR may be disturbed or non-displayable in certain cases.
• The picture quality of the converted video may be degraded (for examlple, the screen is flickered, the text is not displayed clearly, and etc.) In
this case, output the video signal from the TV monitor output terminal for the same format as the video input terminal used.
• This unit is compatible with the PAL and NTSC TV formats.
• KRF-V9300D only:
When the video signal input from the VIDEO, S-VIDEO or COMPONENT VIDEO terminal is converted and output at the HDMI output, the
resolution of the video signal can be selected. (See
