After editing, eject and remove the mini disc.
“WRITING” displayed during the minidisc ejec-
tion operation indicates that the data associ-
ated with recording or editing is being written
on the disc. Do not apply vibration or shock to
the unit while this message is displayed.

Execute title assignment.

Input the title.
1 Select the group of the char-
acters used in the title.
2 Select a desired character by
placing the selection cursor
on it.
3 Set the selected character.
( Input the title characters by repeating 1 to 3 for
each of them.)
The following types of characters, numbers, and sym-
bols can be selected.
Press the DOT/CHARA. key as often as required to
display the desired group of characters.
÷ A~Z, space (1 blank character)
÷ a~z, space
÷ 0~9, symbols, space
÷ By pressing the 4 or ¢ key, the displayed characters
are scrolled so any character (in the same group) can be
selected.
Example of disc title
The cursor moves and waits for input of the
next character.
1 Enter the title in memory.
2 Complete the operation.
