Phone Use While Driving
Talking on the phone while you’re driving may divert your
attention from the road and is illegal in some states. Remember:
SAFETY comes first.
When using your phone in the car:

Focus on driving, not talking.

Turn Your Phone Off Before Boarding An Aircraft
You should turn off your phone before boarding any aircraft. To
prevent possible interference with aircraft systems, US Federal
Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations require you to have
permission from a crewmember to use your phone while the
plane is on the ground. To prevent any risk of interference, Federal
Communications Commission (FCC) regulations prohibit using
your phone while the plane is in the air.
Radio Frequency Safety
In 1991-1992, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics
Engineers (IEEE) and the American National Standards
Institutes (ANSI) joined in updating ANSI’s 1982 standard for
safety levels with respect to human exposure to RF signals. More
