KeyGuard Mode
To activate the KeyGuard, see “KeyGuard” on page 78.
To select a KeyGuard mode (for when the KeyGuard is active):
1. From the Main Menu, highlight
Setup and press
.
2. Highlight
KeyGuard Mode and press
.
To select an option, highlight it and press .
• Normal – The phone’s keys are locked, except when you
receive a call.
• Flip Disable – The KeyGuard is temporarily disabled when the
Flip is open.
Flip Mode
To answer or end calls by opening or closing the Flip:
1. From the Main Menu, highlight
Setup and press
.
2. Highlight
Flip Mode and press
.
To select an option, highlight it and press .
• Active – You can answer or end calls using the Flip.
• Passive – No action is taken when you open or close the Flip.
• Dynamic – You can answer or end calls using the Flip, except
when the phone is attached to a headset or the
Hands-Free Car Kit.
