Headset Mode
This feature allows you hands-free phone use. Set the headset
mode to Voice Call or 10-4 and press the Turbo Button (the
operation button) on the headset to activate useful functions.
To connect the headset:
ᮣ Simply plug the headset into your phone’s headset jack.
To set headset mode:
1. Press to access the main menu.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Others.
4. Select Headset Mode.
5. Select Turbo Button.
6. Select Voice Calls, 10-4 or Off.
With the headset:
ᮣ Voice Calls: Press the Turbo Button to activate ASR (Automatic
Speech Recognition). Press twice to redial the last call. Press
and hold the button to record the Voice Memo.
ᮣ 10-4: Press the Turbo Button to make a 10-4 call by using ASR
(Automatic Speech Recognition). Press twice to redial the last
10-4 call.
To set the sound mode:
1. Follow the steps 1 to 4 above.
2. Select Earpiece.
3. Select Stereo or Mono.
To set the ringer sound:
1. Follow the steps 1 to 4 above.
2. Select Ringer Sound.
3. Select Normal or Headset Only.
Note: If your headset doesn’t have a Turbo Button, set headset mode to Off.
Note: A high volume setting may cause the audio to deteriorate or “crack.”
