Copying an Entry to Personal List or Personal Group List
You can copy an entry to your Personal List/Personal Groups
from several different sources. If the selected entry is already
stored in the Personal List/Personal Groups, the “copy” option
does not appear.
1. Press to access the 10-4 List.
2. Press (left softkey), select the list from which you want
to copy an entry (Company List, Company Grps., Personal Grps.,
Outgoing, Incoming, or Missed).
3. Highlight the entry you want to copy (or scroll to highlight
the Redial entry at the top of your screen) and press
(right softkey). Select an option.
ᮣ Copy to Personal to copy the contact to the Personal List (if
available).
ᮣ Copy Group to copy the group to the Personal Group List (if
available).
4. If the entry has no name, enter a name.
5. Press (left softkey) to copy and save the entry to your
Personal List or Personal Group List.
