✤ Si no hay más terminales de entrada para dispositivos externos en
el equipo de TV y se conecta un aparato de vídeo al equipo de TV
utilizando un cable coaxial, puede utilizar el aparato de vídeo para
conectar la videocámara al equipo de TV.
■ Para conectar un aparato de vídeo conectado al equipo de TV
1. Conecte el cable Multi-AV a la toma
multi-AV de la videocámara.
2. Conecte el cable Multi-AV a las
entradas externas (LINE-IN) del
aparato de vídeo haciendo coincidir
los colores de los terminales.
3. Conecte el TV y el aparato de vídeo
utilizando el cable coaxial. Consulte
el vídeo o el manual de
instrucciones del TV para más
detalles sobre la conexión.
4. Defina la fuente de entrada del aparato de vídeo a la fuente de
entrada externa conectada a la videocámara.
■ Para reproducir vídeo grabado
1. Encienda el TV y seleccione la fuente de entrada externa que está
conectada a la videocámara. Ajuste el canal de TV para ver el
aparato de vídeo. 3 ó 4 es lo que se utiliza con más frecuencia.
2. Localice la posición deseada en la cinta utilizando el botón
(Rebobinar) o (Avance rápido).
3. Pulse el botón (PLAY/STILL) de la videocámara para
empezar la reproducción.
4. Para detener la reproducción, pulse el botón (STOP).
✤ Si el aparato de vídeo tiene un terminal de entrada S-VIDEO,
puede utilizar S-VIDEO para obtener una calidad mejor.
✤ El terminal S-VIDEO sólo transmite el vídeo. Conecte los cables
de AUDIO para el sonido.
✤ Si sólo está disponible una entrada de audio monoaural en el
equipo de TV, utilice el cable de audio con el enchufe blanco.

✤ If there are no input terminals for external devices on your TV set
and a VCR is connected to your TV set using a coaxial cable, you
can utilize the VCR to connect your camcorder to the TV set.
■ To Connect to a VCR that is Connected to Your TV Set
1. Connect the Multi-AV cable to your camcorder’s multi-AV jack.
2. Connect the Multi-AV cable to the External
Inputs (LINE-IN) on the VCR by matching
the colors of the terminals.
3. Connect the TV and VCR using the coaxial
cable. Refer to the Video or TV’s instruction
book for further connection details.
4. Set the input source of the VCR to the
external input source connected to your
camcorder.
■ To Play Back Recorded Video
1. Turn your TV on and select the external input source that is
connected with your camcorder. Set the TV channel to view the
VCR. 3 or 4 is most often used.
2. Locate the desired position on the tape using the (REW) or
(FF) button.
3. Press the (PLAY/STILL) button of the camcorder to start
playback.
4. To stop the playback, press the (STOP) button.
✤ If the VCR has an S-VIDEO input terminal, you may use S-VIDEO
for better quality.
✤ The S-VIDEO terminal transmits video only. Connect AUDIO
cables for sound.
✤ If only a mono audio input is available on the TV set, use the audio
cable with the white plug.
