Using Call Waiting
If you subscribe to call waiting, an alert tone sounds while you
are on a call to indicate that you have received a second call.
To put the first call on hold and answer the second call,
press
N. To activate or deactivate call waiting:
Diverting a Call
Call diverting sends your phone’s incoming calls directly to
another phone number.
The call diverting options are:

Description
All Calls
diverts all calls.
If Unavailable
diverts calls if your phone is
unavailable.
Detailed
uses different diverting numbers if
you are out of range, unable to
answer, or busy (voice calls only).
Off
does not divert calls.
