The options are:

With the handset in idle status, open
the directory by pressing the
s key.
You can save 100 entries in the directory.
Length of an entry
Number: max. 32 digits

Assigning a key

Assign the current entry for quick dial

Q or one of the keys from 2 to O.
To dial the number, press and hold the
appropriate quick dial key.
If there is a star (*) at the end of the
assigned number in the directory, then the
number will be dialled via the non-stand-
ard connection; otherwise the standard
connection that has been set will always
Managing directory entries
You can use the directory menu to, e.g.:

Change or delete entries or send them
to another of the base station's hand-
sets
u
Delete the directory or send it to
another handset

Select a directory entry and press
§Menu§
to open the menu.
Last number redial list
The last number redial list contains the ten
numbers last dialled with the handset.

Briefly press the talk key
c to open the
last number redial list.
Please note:
– You may also have to enter the phone
number with the local area code for local
calls when making VoIP calls to the fixed
network (depending on the VoIP provider).
You should therefore always save phone
numbers in the directory with the area
code.
Alternatively, you can also use Web config-
urator to define an area code, which is
automatically inserted in front of all num-
bers that are dialled without an area code
for calls made via VoIP.
– You can assign a number from the directory
to a key for speed dialling.
